I pulled in to my spot at Gulf State Park about 7:30 pm and discovered I couldn,'t get my slide out after a severe... swaying incident south of Birmingham. After fussing with it for an hour I called Worry Free and Chris came right over, diagnosed frame damage to the unit (the insurance company totaled the unit) and worked until almost midnight to get the slide open so I could access my bedroom and bathroom for our clothes and medicine. He exemplifies somebody who really cares about his customers and puts them above his financial gain or expedience. He's one of the nicest guys you',ve ever met and I highly recommend him.read more

Very prompt service, very knowledgeable on RV issues. Within minutes serious deficiencies were identified. By knowing... what to look for in short time I knew this unit had serious issues and was not worth buying. Without Chris I could have been stuck with extensive repairs, beyond what the RV was worth. Needed an annual warranty inspection done on my Class C. Chris was very knowledgeable on all aspects of my RV. He let... me know the life span of my safety monitors and tires. After inspecting my roof found a few issues and even repaired them for me. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. I do plan on using his service annually if I am in the area.read more

I live in Texas and was looking to purchase a 2014 Tiffan Allergo Red 38QRA located in Fairhope, AL. The only... information I had was from the owner and the pictures that I saw online. I found Chris with Worry Free RV who performs RV inspections and decided to hire him. Chris spent a minimum of 8 hours inspecting the entire coach from top to bottom and then provided a very detailed report including photos and videos. Chris was and still is available and has answered any question I've had via phone or email. Chris continues to offer support to his customers even after the inspection has been completed.
